Luxury Accommodation:
Globetrotters B&B/Gallery

WHY STAY AT GLOBETROTTERS B&B IN NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE?
1 — GREAT VALUE
With nightly rates ranging from $125 to $145 per night, based on single or
double occupancy, we offer some of the most reasonable rates in
Niagara-on-the-Lake. Not only do we work hard to keep our rates reasonable,
we can also offer a discounted price on a full-day or full-evening tour with
Niagara Vintage Wine Tours. Full tour details are found online at
www.niagaravintagewinetours.com or call 905-933-7433. (Please note this
discount does not apply to half-day tours.)
2 — FLAVOURFUL BREAKFASTS
At Globetrotters B&B, we take full advantage of the seasonally fresh produce and add a little exotica from around the world. Our breakfasts are all about variety, healthy nutrition, fresh preparation and expert presentation. And no one in Niagara-on-the-Lake does it better than Fernando. In fact, some guests want to take him home. Breakfasts are served daily at a reasonable hour—between 9 and 10:30am—in our bright breakfast room. A plate of seasonal fresh fruit, fresh-baked croissants or muffins, orange juice and coffee are followed by Fernando’s much-anticipated hot “daily special.”
3 — ELEGANT AND COMFORTABLE GUEST QUARTERS
“The pictures do not do your rooms justice!” This is a common reaction we receive from guests checking in for the first time. Two large suites occupy the space upstairs on our second floor and both can accommodate up to four guests each. Le Moulin Rouge features a queen wrought-iron canopy bed, a daybed and cot while the two-room Sultan’s Tent down the hall includes a queen bed and two single beds. Downstairs on the main floor, our Crystal Palace guest room, with its queen bed and unique headboard and matching boudoir chair, is perfect for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs, for those who are looking for less expensive accommodation or for those singles travelling on their own. Guests sleep soundly on the most comfortable mattresses we could find and all bed linens are 100% cotton, topped by 100% silk comforters. Open your windows to enjoy fresh evening breezes. We also feature central air condition as well as in-room units and/or ceiling fans to ensure you get a restful night’s sleep. Our guests never share any washroom facilities as each guest room features its own three-piece ensuite (in-room) washroom. We know you expect only the best, so all of our shampoos, shower gels, hand soaps and body lotions are high-quality natural products—no chemicals or additives. And whenever weather permits, we hang-dry our sheets and towels outdoors for that fresh-air scent you can’t get from a bottle.
4 — A QUIET WELCOMING HAVEN
Located in a peaceful neighbourhood at the corner of Victoria and Simcoe Streets and surrounded by orchards and vineyards, Globetrotters’ guests are encouraged to enjoy their surroundings wherever they wish, inside and out. Our Great Room features a fireplace and satellite TV. Our library is the perfect spot for a cup of tea and a good read from our large selection of books. There’s also a computer, Wi-Fi service and a guest refrigerator for your convenience. Outside, our covered veranda is set up with tables and chairs should you decide to enjoy a snack and a bottle of wine. Or relax on our front garden deck and watch the sun set.
5 — KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED HOSTS
Fernando has worked in the hospitality business on cruise ships and in Europe for more than 20 years. And we’ve been welcoming guests to Globetrotters B&B from around the world since 2002 so we’re happy to share all we know about where to go and what to do in the Niagara Region. We’re proud members of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed & Breakfast Association and the Chamber of Commerce, so you can rest assured we’ve passed all the health, safety and service standards and are licensed B&B operators.
