Our Breakfasts

“The food is magnificent!”

You’re in for a treat!

Fernando takes great delight in coming up with healthy, fresh, tasty dishes every morning. With 25 years of experience in the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry, he loves to dazzle guests with his concoctions and creative presentations, which you’ll want to capture and share with friends and family far and wide.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10 a.m. in a bistro-style seating. Of course, tables can be set up together if you happen to be travelling with another couple or two.

On cool or inclement-weather days, breakfast is served in our indoor Breakfast Room where you sit on original artwork by Jane Hall, surrounded by art from Panama and a local potter. On warm days, service is offered outdoors in our garden gazebo where you might spot hummingbirds flitting from flower to flower or hear a cardinal’s distinctive call.

Only the freshest ingredients are used. Our eggs are always local and free-range. Every morning, Fernando heads out to handpick what he is going to serve. Our breakfasts showcase what is in season and feature locally grown produce whenever possible. From time to time, Fernando will tease your palate with an exotic fruit or two on your plate. He just can’t help himself!

The main dish changes daily to keep life interesting and exciting. All breakfasts feature orange juice, a fresh fruit plate (nothing frozen here), home-baked croissants and freshly brewed coffee or your choice from a wide selection of teas.

At Globetrotters B&B/Gallery, your breakfasts are included in the room rate. If you have any special dietary preferences or restrictions, it’s best to inform Fernando prior to your arrival or at least the day before. We do our best to adapt your plate accordingly to ensure you have the best experience possible.
